Our Story
Brick & Basil started in February 2015 in trailer on the side of the road. That month it snowed more days than it didn’t. The beginnings were modest. Selling 10 pizzas a day if we were lucky and working alone open to close. Slowly as time went on and the weather turned business started to pick up. We relied solely on word-of-mouth advertising and support from our amazing community. Giving back to that community as always been a tenant of Brick & Basil.
From our local police and fire, our veterans, our youth sports teams, to our amazing music community and schools We are proud to support you. With the help of our mobile oven and being in numerous publications and news channels around the state Brick & Basil was able to grow. It became clear we needed a bigger boat.
This was always the dream… to open a full-scale brick, mortar establishment, and strengthen the bond between us and our community. After 10 long hard years in that trailer, we are so grateful to make that dream a reality. We have learned a lot along the way and with the help of my amazing staff, we have created a space to feature not only amazing wood fire pizzas but serve delicious drinks, cocktails, and culinary delights from our heart and soul to yours.
